Fresno, CA – January 12, 2019 – 420 College, Central California’s leading authority on the regulated cannabis industry, today offered warm congratulations to its long time client, PALS Association Inc. PALS recently received the first cannabis dispensary and delivery license issued by the Inyo County Commercial Cannabis Permitting Office in Bishop, CA.
George Boyadjian, President and CEO of 420 College said, “We first met Alina and Jake Wagoner back in 2014 when we started working together to form their collective and spread the word to medical cannabis patients in their area. They took the next step in 2018 by bringing us back in to help them produce their cannabis business permit application, and we were overjoyed to learn that they received the highest score among all applicants. I want to congratulate the Wagoners and the entire PALS team on their achievement.”
Alina Wagoner said, “We have long been committed to bringing quality medical cannabis to the people of our community. As the laws and regulations have changed, we have done everything necessary to stay on top of every requirement, and 420 College has been indispensable to that effort.”
Mr. Boyadjian added, “This is truly a momentous occasion. The perception of cannabis has changed so much in Inyo County over the last year or two. As a true pioneer in the area, PALS has contributed to that change through their professionalism and positive message in the community.”
