The Star of Joy is a children’s storybook created by Galya Sidelsky. The story is narrated by a character named Princess Love (who doesn’t love a princess with that name), who tells the reader a story about a pair of children who go on a magical journey.
The children, Ron and Robin, meet a colorful horse named Be-Happy who comes from The Star of Joy. They all travel together to the star and go on quite the journey. In the end though, they find themselves at home and go to school to tell everyone all about the star and the wonderful life that’s lived there.

The Star of Joy is a story about, you guessed it, The Star of Joy. Basically, the star is a child’s delight, as it’s filled with wonders and amazement. The author, Galya Sidelsky, tells the story from the perspective of two young children, Ron and Robin. They go to the star on the back of a colorful horse named Be-Happy, who wants to show the kids this magical place where friendship, gift giving, and many other fantastic wonders await. Although this is a children’s story, there are clear messages in the book that will help both you and your little one be inspired by the parts of life that make it worth living.

This book was written from an incredible perspective. The author is a very positive person and wants to share that positivity with your child. She’s providing her perspective on life, which I think is nothing short of inspiring. See, if she’s able to see the world so positively and she can pass that on to just a few children, Galya has made a difference in our world.

She’s spent nearly 25 years in the arts. She’s a writer, and a musician (and an educator to boot). She’s also discovered a form of peace through meditation and guided imagery.
