June 8, 2016 – With an aim to foster student and counsellor relationships, Martinville University is creating a path to effective mentorship for students resulting in improved productivity.
Whilst enrolling in virtual programs, students fear that they might not get adequate mentorship which may hamper their academic experience and growth. According to Allan Matthews, Mentorship Program Head ‘We, at Martinville University, understand that students require mentorship to excel academically. Therefore, all our counsellors are available for any help required. Our academic counsellors are available round the clock to help you with any obstacle you face.’
Most distance learning programs do not foster student and counselor dialogue and communication. However, at Martinville University, all students enrolled for a program get individual attention through counselling sessions, evaluation, feedback and reviews.
Apart from offering academic mentorship, the counsellors of the institution will also facilitate students with career progressions and other relevant resources. The aim is to graduate professionals with dynamic skills by focusing on individual strengths and weaknesses through regular evaluations. A structured mechanism helps the university in getting to know all students enrolled. Moreover, counselling programs and sessions are tailored as per their distinct needs.
Moreover, Martinville University is also taking a step ahead by coming up with a structured placement program for all our graduates. The counsellors are rigorously working to collaborate with top tier organizations to help students get their desired positions in reverend companies.
To apply for a mentorship, students will be required to fill a form and schedule a time with one of the counsellors. The application will then be processed upon which a confirmation mail will be generated to the student. Martinville University encourages all students to leverage from this opportunity as it will help in fostering their skills.
