On September 1, 2017, the attorneys from BloodThinnerHelp.com will host an online webinar that will update attendees on the latest developments in the Xarelto lawsuit litigation after two defense verdicts were handed down in early 2017.

The webinar will be presented by Michael Monheit, Esq. of Monheit Law who is one of the several attorneys working on this particular case from BloodThinnerHelp.com. Mr. Monheit is the managing attorney from Monheit Law, a law firm located in Pennsylvania, with offices in Philadelphia, Delaware County, and Bucks County. Mr. Monheit has many years of experience in the area of mass torts, and will lead the webinar.
Attendees can expect to hear an overview of the litigation, which may include the following: the current numbers in terms of cases filed, the most common type of case filed against the manufacturer, a summary of the fact patterns in the first two bellwether trials, an analysis of the defense strategies used, an analysis of the outcomes of the cases, and an analysis of what is to come for the litigation.
