Los Angeles, CA – August 9, 2017 – After a successful weeklong premiere of Adam Orton’s newest futuristic, female-suspense film, “AMELIA 2.0”, TriCoast Entertainment is proud to present extended release of the feature at Collins Road Theatres.
Inspired, directed, and produced in this great Iowa town, MORE Productions and WeatherVane Productions have opened up the Pandora’s box containing the first film argument over “transhumanism”.

Now, Cedar Rapids is buzzing over transhumanism, as natives have been sited in coffee shops and gas stations arguing over film’s battle with technology – the “rights” and “wrongs” of such high-tech advancements.
“Set in the future, it begs the question: If you could transfer a human mind from a body at the brink of death into a robotic replica, should you?” said Diana Nollen, from “The Gazette”.
AMELIA 2.0 captivates the mind of all sci-fi and technology lovers by portraying the relationship and eventual conflict between humans and technology, as science fiction and romance collide. Iowa native, Angela Billman’s main role steals the show, leaving the lasting significance of today’s battle with modern day technology.
