Similarly, in Africa, millions of children die every year due to hunger and malnutrition while globally, 836 million people survive on less than 31 Cents a day with over 7.5 million dying of hunger every year. The statistics go on and on, and this is why the ‘Hunger Feeds the Hungry Tech’ project was launched.

The ‘Hunger Feeds the Hungry Tech’ project which was the techno social innovation of Dr. Isaac Philip which is executed along with well-known educator, broadcaster, coach Stan Hustad, is a blend of creative technology, funding innovation and true business partnerships aimed at feeding men, women and especially children globally. It is not specific to any country, religion or ideology but will focus on the country by country based on their needs starting from the USA, India, and Africa which will also be expanded to Canada, Australia, Europe and several other parts of Asia. How do they intend to do this? The answer is through providing web apps and developing apps for restaurants.

These apps which would be designed by ‘Order it Live’ is seeking to have hunger help the hungry by providing restaurants with a state-of-the-art technology at no extra cost or setup fee. Whenever a restaurant buyer checks out to make their online payment through the tablet or mobile ordering, they are shown an optional video that encourages donate a dollar to support and participate in saving hungry children. Money generated from the donations would be given to all the good and great organizations and who are working on the saving the hungry cause.
