November 20, 2017 —The 40 Under 40 Awards has selected Konstantin Dolgan, the founder of LA New Product Development Team as an nominee for this year’s prestigious award. The inspiring young entrepreneur founded this amazing cross-functional team with a simple aim of turning ideas into market-viable solutions and he is now being recognized at a global level. He alongside his partner Onega Ulanova have together starting this revolutionary company that is reshaping the local new product development market like never before.
“Before stepping in to the new product development industry, Konstantin has received two degrees in engineering along with three years of sales and management experience.” Said Onega Ulanova, the co-founder of LA New Product Development Team, while talking about her partner. “His passion to entrepreneurship, drawn from his parents, and the combination of technical skills and knowledge equipped him with the essentials needed to launch a product development team.” She added. The two successful entrepreneurs moved to the United States from Kazakhstan back in 2011 and have never looked back since.
In addition, Konstantin is also a Ph.D. from LA Tech University. During his time at campus, he started a student organization to gain experience managing multidisciplinary teams and projects. After graduating from Tech Dr. Dolgan joined DXP Enterprises as an R&D engineer. Furthermore, he is an avid soccer player, a dog owner, and a volunteer at various business-oriented organizations.
The 40 Under 40 Awards are awarded to recognize some of the most outstanding entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and professionals in public, private, or non-profit sectors. Winners are chosen based on such values as achievement, experience and innovation, vision, leadership, and community involvement. The awards are an annual event held each year in December and this year will add up to 440 total applicants and 40 that will have earned the top award.
