“To be a Mason you must not violate the laws of God, man or country. Although women are barred from membership, they invite any male believer in a supreme being to join them, regardless of politics, religion and race,” wrote Cheryl Mettendorf from 6ABC.
Later this month, “33 & BEYOND: THE ROYAL ART OF FREEMASONRY” will travel from the almost sold-out screening in Oklahoma City, OK, to Pittsburgh, PA, where the tickets are high in demand and already scarce.

Through interviews and reflections by today’s most prominent Masons which highlight the Freemason experience as they continue the legacy of history’s most historic fraternity, explore and get the inside look at the Masonic Brotherhood which Benjamin Franklin, Governor Ed Rendell (2003-2011) and Mayor Michael Nutter (2007-2011) were significant staples – from their brotherhood communities to the politics of the U.S.
“It is a universal brotherhood and we can communicate as Freemasons universally with symbols & allegory,” said Samuel King, the Grand Master of the Pennsylvania Prince Hall Masons, adding “We do things to try to make a good man better to make the world better by improving the man himself.” (6ABC)
