Addicted Innocence is an all-new documentary film, which is now in production and it is about the serious issue of substance abuse among the children of New Delhi. The creators of this documentary film project are Sonali Devnani and Jayson Albano and they have recently released a teaser as well. Moreover, the two creators have also launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter to raise funds and support for this project.

Since the 1980’s, Delhi has been the transit point of international drug smuggling and at present, about four percent of the city’s student population. Moreover, children from the age groups of five to fifteen are getting introduced to all kinds of drugs and this issue is putting their future at risk. Therefore, this inspiring project will not only play a major role in raising awareness but will also act as a first step towards the prevention of this menace in the Indian children.

According to the creators, the aim of this documentary is to place the audience in the shoes of the characters involved irrespective of their social class, race or gender. Moreover, the goal of this project is to raise a sum of nearly $3000 and Sonali is offering several amazing rewards to the backers with worldwide shipping.
