The acronym ‘FIRM’ stands for Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, and Mortgage. It provides a wide range of consulting services for a wide range of industries. Moreover, The FIRM does not sell any financial services and does not receive compensation from providing its consulting services, rejecting affiliate obligations so that it can freely serve the needs of its clients. The FIRM is actually an umbrella brand for its founder, Hans-Jurgen Briese.
“We are centrally located in Downtown LA, and The FIRM is basically an umbrella to gather together our financial services, insurance, real estate and mortgage, all in one place” said Mr. Briese, as he explained the services offered by The FIRM. “I am licensed to practice all these services, and each company has operated under its own name.” His insurance company is called Angel City Insurance, for instance, while his real estate company is called Hans Briese. Mr. Briese is now launching an all-new website to be a one stop solution for all of these consulting services, and the site will address each industry in detail.
In addition, Mr. Briese is a California Licensed MLO, a Real Estate Broker, and Insurance Broker-Agent. Besides being the founder and President of Organizational Leadership for The FIRM Companies, he has also been a regional manager of wholesale and retail mortgage companies. He has worked with several other real estate and insurance companies for more than a decade before taking on The FIRM as President of Organizational Leadership.
As the president of The FIRM, Mr. Briese directs all business affairs and operational matters at The FIRM Companies and its affiliates. He also oversees standards, practices, sales, administration, insurance, participation, compliance, and risk assessment for all of his companies. Mr. Briese is a member of many professional Boards. With his BS in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, he has applied to the Master of Business Administration program at Azusa Pacific University as well.
