It is an excellent incentive for those who need a little help staying on top of their dental care. We truly believe the importance of maintaining recommended hygiene appointments and performing necessary dental treatments to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.

1. You will receive One complete whitening starter kit for home use and pay a one-time set-up fee of $180.
2. At every 6 months recall cleaning and checkup appointment, you will receive One FREE refill of the whitening solution!
3. You are also eligible for $100 off our signature and gentle in-office whitening procedure that can enhance your smile in nearly an hour
4. Plus, you will receive a 10% Discount on any future cosmetic treatments, such as veneers or smile makeovers.

Here is How It Works:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
2. We want to see you for an initial dental consultation, x-rays, and cleaning. Call our office at (818) 668-5008 to set up your first appointment.
3. You must complete the minimum required dental care as treatment-planned by the dentist.*
4. After all necessary dental treatment has been completed, you will receive your Professional Teeth Whitening package.
5. Must not have any outstanding bills with LA Dental Experts

Lifetime Maintenance Rules & Regulations

1. You must maintain minimum continued care as treatment planned and appointed by LA Dental Experts, and our providers.*
2. You must maintain continued hygiene care (at least six-month cleaning) appointments.
3. Only ONE whitening solution refill will be rewarded to each patient at future recall cleaning appointments (twice annually, typically every 6 months.)
4. Lost or destroyed mouth trays will be replaced at a small replacement fee (currently $49 each.)

* All patients will receive their whitening package upon completion of all necessary dental treatment as determined by the dentist. Minimum gum and teeth health required to undergo professional whitening in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums.
