Tittle & Perlmuter is offering free ride reimbursement to those traveling in the Cleveland/Elyria metro areas during the St. Patrick’s Day holiday. This program, called “Get Home Alive Free Holiday Rides” is aimed to decrease the probability of drunk driving in the community and promote safety in and around the greater Cleveland area.
According to statistics from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 269 people were killed on St. Patrick’s Day from 2012-2016. In 2016 alone, 60 people were killed in drunk driving crashes- that’s nearly 40% of all crash fatalities for the day. Tittle & Perlmuter is a personal injury law firm in Cleveland that represents victims of serious auto injuries. By offering the Get Home Alive Free Holiday Rides, the firm aims to not only help clients fight for their personal injury cases but to help clients fight personal injury itself.
The program is open to all members of the community traveling in the Cleveland/Elyria metro areas during St. Patrick’s Day. The program is run on every major holiday including Cinco de Mayo, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Eve.
To be eligible, riders must be 21 and over and take an Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or other transportation services in the Cleveland and Elyria metro areas. Rides must be taken 5 PM on Friday, March15thto 10 AM on Monday, March 18th. The offer is valid for one, one-way ride to a safe destination with a maximum value of $30.00. Participation in this promotion is limited to the first 250 submissions, limit one reimbursement per household.
