The Barberville Festival is coming to Charlotte, NC on August 25, 2019.  The event will be held at Centerstage NODA and will feature some of the most influential barbers in the country including: Tyrik Jackson, Danny Amorim, Victor Fontanez, Shawn Tapley, Eddie Rosado and Arya Varji.

The event’s organizer, Christopher “CJ”  Foreman, II, co-owner of Authentic Barbers Club in Charlotte, NC. CJ was inspired to bring the event to Charlotte as the barbering industry has had such a huge impact on his own life. CJ went from sweeping floors and having zero clients to being fully booked. He became a Charlotte resident and his passion for the barbering industry has continued to grow.

CJ stated, “With the rising cost of college, I know firsthand that becoming a licensed barber is an excellent alternative to traditional schooling.  Barbering has been very good to me and to my family. I want people to know that there are options.” For this reason, he wanted to bring the best that the barbering industry has to offer to The Barberville Festival.

The event will include a premium marketplace including vendors from all over the country featuring cutting edge industry inventions and products.  In addition, before the festival, educational classes on business and cutting techniques will be offered for VIP attendees. Unlike most events, there will be a huge showcase of barbers from across the country and an opportunity to network with people that most only see on social media.
