KISSIMMEE, FL – The past year has been difficult, to say the least. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a steep rise in depression, anxiety, loneliness, drug overdoses, suicides, and violent crimes, With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like there’s no way out. However, no matter how desperate things may seem, there’s still hope out there, and Charlson Gaines is here to show everyone why.

Charlson Gaines is a retired and disabled US Air Force veteran. He served all over the world as an intelligence analyst, including stints in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Qatar, and Korea. Charlson’s unique method of infusing emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and neurophysiology creates a synergistic effect that allows people of all backgrounds to grow and thrive.

Charlson says it best himself: “So many people are looking for help to transform their misery into a fulfilling, satisfying life because they don’t know how to do that for themselves. I teach them how. No more waiting for someone else to make you happy. You are in charge of your life. You deserve to be happy.”
