Hotel Elferrooms is a small, uniquely constructed hotel consisting of 12 guest rooms built in an industrial area as a conceptual extension of a meeting place for classic cars.
A robust and site-typical structure made of semi-precast concrete elements and profiled glass with transparent thermal insulation is complemented by fine wooden fixtures, each of which is unique.
Why to choose Hotel Elferrooms?
Hotel Elferroms is the product of eccentric architectural and innovative minds. The design speaks for itself.
Each guest room is given its own little parlor with an off-the-peg wooden box made of exposed CLT which extends the conventional concept of the hotel room from a bedroom with a table and armchair to a real place to stay.
The evening sun, quality of stay, and views are just not from this world.
On the roof, two clear and minimalist wooden superstructures are erected to form a seminar room and a private spa with a surrounding terrace and an unobstructed view over the Rhine plain.

About the 8072 Studios
8072 sees itself as a network in which Manfred Karl Botz specifically brings together specialists for individual architectural questions, urban planning, and design to find answers that go beyond what has already been thought. The solutions always refer to the respective spatial and social context, they carefully develop it further without pushing themselves into the foreground.
The considered use of resources is not just aimed at minimizing the use of materials and energy, but seeks an appropriate use of space and land and asks the question of how we want to live, work, and interact in the future. Manfred Karl Botz lives in the Allgäu and works with his Berlin office as an architect in Germany and Austria.
