DrDDS Innovations (DrDDS) Announces Dr. Hendrik Lai as New Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Leading provider of technology solutions to the dental industry, DrDDS Innovations (DrDDS), is pleased to announce Dr. Hendrik Lai as their new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Dr. Lai will be tasked with bolstering administrative resources and business strategies to more fully support DrDDS’s growth and improve customer experience

Dr. Lai brings extensive North American and global dental industry experience to the COO chair from his most recent role at Sage Dental Consulting, which he co-founded.

Prior to his co-founding and principal consultant role at Sage Dental Consulting, Dr. Lai was COO at Dental Talent Now, with earlier senior leadership career stops at Dimensional Dental Management, BruxAway, Westfund Health, Aspen Medical, NSW Health, Primary Connection Health Care and American Pacific Investments. Dr. Lai will continue his affiliation with Sage Dental Consulting.

Dr. Lai studied dental surgery at the University of Adelaide. Amongst other qualifications, he holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science from CCU. Dr. Lai is also a lean six sigma professional, change management specialist, chartered management consultant, certified quality management systems auditor and business consultant.
