Digital marketing expert and CEO of Digi Hunts advises businesses to focus on the customers to bring the world to their fingertips.
“People have shifted to smaller screens. The users are now more active on mobiles instead of laptops or desktops. And the user shifting to mobiles means businesses also need to focus their marketing strategies there,” says Founder and CEO of Drive Digital and DigiHunts Academy.
According to research conducted by Sensor Tower, it is being speculated that mobile spending will reach $270 billion by 2025. This amount is more than double the amount spent in 2020, $111 billion. During the lockdown, the time spent on mobiles has increased threefold and it is not expected to go down any time soon.
Looking at this scenario, CEO of Drive Digital and DigiHunts Academy suggests that it has become all the more important to optimize the SEO, customer experience and website page contents for mobile users. Google also launched its latched update, nicknamed Mobilegeddon, aiming at mobile-friendly websites searches and penalizing the sites that are not mobile-friendly.

The use of long-tail keywords has really shown good results for SEO. All users, mobile or any other type are mostly shifting to voice search rather than typing the search queries. Voice search usually involves full sentence which means focusing on long-tail keywords or what queries the customers are likely to ask while searching for website is a good way to optimize the site for mobile users.
4. Schema Markup:
