More than 340 companies and institutes from home and abroad, including those from Hangzhou, are showcasing their latest products at the ongoing Light of Internet Expo in Wuzhen, East China’s Zhejiang province.

Zhejiang Lab is showcasing its miniature gas detection equipment, which can identify whether the gas exhaled by a person contains substances unique to chronic diseases like asthma and diabetes.

Hangzhou China Iron and Steel Group Co Ltd is demonstrating their smart cloud platform that integrates practical training with employment. Its users can share digital teaching resources and teaching facilities with each other, with the platform able to assess an intern’s performance remotely.

Currently, the platform is used by the Zhejiang Technical Institute of Economics and Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College.

As an important part of the 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, which opened on Sept 26, the Light of Internet Expo displays products involving cutting-edge technologies like cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, as well as cybersecurity.
