“Women seem to have a reputation for being “catty” and competitive with other women. “SHE” always measures herself, value, success, and achievements with those of other women. “SHE” usually tempts to be better than other women, and she competes to do so. It’s all about women’s jealousy and the toxic competition.” Abir Malaeb.

One of the worst feelings that brings everyone’s vibrations down is envy and jealousy. It’s kind of a “calm war” with no winner. Why no winner! Simply because competitions never end, there are always new plans to achieve and fight for.

Society, mainly women, has been under a wrong influence that the only way up is by competing, whereas the only way up is by celebrating each other’s success and by supporting each other.

Coach Abir Malaeb says, “Instead of jealousy, we can be inspired by each other’s success. Besides, competition doesn’t exist and there’s almost enough success for everyone. When we put our energy into jealousy, envy and hatred, what happens is that we will lose focus on our journey. Instead, the main focus is going to be on others’ journeys to the point that we get lost in ours.”

The fact that women live a life full of competition is an unfortunate one. Why do women always compare themselves with each other? Why do they launch a war and fight as if they’re going to win a trophy? Why should they always have an unstable life, full of tension and insecurities?

Abir says, “Some claimed that women have been taught to compete. Well, what is this competition about? What are these standards? Who has put them? And even if they were put, why can’t we just stop giving it “the power of our attention”. You see, attention is a weapon. And it’s a very powerful weapon. So don’t let anyone use YOUR OWN WEAPON AGAINST YOU!”

Every woman should use her complete attention to build her own and successful kingdom! She should use it to put on herself, to build her confidence and self-love, to know that everyone is different and each has his own journey of success! She should think twice, how can she walk a road the right way if her eyes are focused on others’ roads?

There’s no competition in life. There’s no end line. There’s room for everyone to win. Never lose hope and self-confidence.
