The move aligns with the goal of SpringBoard Recovery to help people transform their lives while recovering from addiction and underlying mental health conditions, leveraging the vast network of the new ownership structure to reach more people in and around Arizona.

SpringBoard Recovery was founded in 2014 by Jason Bordonaro and Laura Nuss as the go-to place for people who are trying to recover from addiction and underlying mental health conditions. Over the years the facility has evolved and grown, adopting the latest strategies and developing an atmosphere of honesty and trust, wiping away all preconceptions, shame, judgement and guilt. The feats achieved by SpringBoard Recovery in the past 8 years have undoubtedly attracted the attention of Michele Canale, the CEO of Modern Recovery Network, which eventually led to the acquisition.

The primary aim of Modern Recovery Network will be to provide a full and integrated package of behavioral health recovery services, with both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities, telehealth services, mobile app support services, intervention services, recovery coaching, and others.

Ultimately, Modern Recovery Network will be the first U.S. corporate entity to own and operate all levels of accredited behavioral healthcare. 

Additionally, Modern Recovery Services aims to provide clients with a national telehealth service, while in-person treatment services will remain concentrated in Arizona and this region of the U.S. and the specific communities where they are located.
