“Traveling shouldn’t be just a tour; it should be a tale.” Sam Freij. Sam Freij is a well-known travel blogger who has driven the market forward. Want to know more about Sam! Continue with the following interview.

1. Would you please introduce yourself to our readers?

My name is Sam Freij, I am a travel blogger based in the US. I started doing my blog in 2020 out of my passion and love for traveling, exploring and diving into new cultures.

2. How did you get into your blog?

I previously used to travel with family and friends mainly on summer vacations to have some pleasure. And throughout my journey, I used to capture the beauty of nature of every single place I visited. I noticed then that my posts have captured the attention and attraction of thousands of people from all over the world, so I decided to go public and convert my profile to a creator status on 2020.

3. How many countries did you visit throughout your journey?

Actually, I traveled all over the world and visited many countries including Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Greece, Serbia, USA, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Mexico, Jamaica, Coragia, and many more countries.

4. What is the single most effective strategy that a blogger can use to bring traffic to a blog?

There is no one answer to that question. I’m sure most bloggers would like to have a golden rule that would lead to success, but it doesn’t exist. If it did, everyone would do it and you’d be back to square one. In the last 3 years I’ve seen many travel blogs come and go. The #1 factor in becoming successful is to don’t quit. That sounds obvious, but there is a great deal of truth to it. Looking back on the growth of my site, I was 2.5 years into it before things really started to take off. I don’t know how many people are willing to stick with something for that long before you see any payback.

5. Blogging to make money attracts a lot of youngsters these days. What’s your advice to those people?

Know that your blog might not make money for the first few months, even years. Especially in travel blogging, besides selling links and ads which don’t add up too much, you might not see any real income rolling in until you’ve built a real audience – and that will happen only if you genuinely love traveling, have a knack for writing or photography, and are willing to commit to it.
