CANADA VISA FOR SWISS CITIZENS
Swiss citizens must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) when traveling to Canada. 57 different countries, including Switzerland, are exempt from applying for a Canada visa when traveling there for short-term stays. CANADA VISA FOR NORWEGIAN CITIZENS
Norwegian citizens traveling to Canada for short stays do not need to apply for a Canadian visa. If you want to travel there by plane, you need to apply for an ETA from Canada. ETA is an Electronic Travel Authorization that allows certain travelers to enter Canada by air. Norwegian citizens must apply for a Canada eTA visa to enter Canada for visits of up to 90 days for tourism, business, transit or medical purposes. The Canada eTA visa from Norwegian is not optional but a Mandatory requirement for all Norwegian citizens traveling to the country for short stays.

CANADA VISA FOR SWEDEN CITIZENS
Swedish citizens traveling to Canada for up to 6 consecutive months do not require a visa but must obtain an approved travel authorization in advance. Swedish passport holders must have an approved visa waiver or eTA to enter Canada. The online system was introduced by the Government of Canada in 2016 to simplify the process of applying for a Canadian Tourist Visa Waiver and save eligible citizens having to visit a Canadian Embassy or Consulate. The process of obtaining a travel authorization from Sweden to Canada just got a lot easier with the recent introduction of the Canadian eTA. eTA stands for Electronic Travel Authorization. An approved Canadian eTA visa waiver is a multiple-entry travel authorization that allows the holder to spend up to 180 days in Canada with each entry.
CANADA ETA REQUIREMENTS FROM SWEDEN
- Passport – to apply for a Canada ETA, you should know that your passport must be valid for at least another 6 months from your arrival date in Canada.
- E-mail – you’ll get your ETA by email in PDF format. For that, it is important that you provide a valid email address.
- Payment methods – it is crucial that you have a credit/debit card because these are the only online ways to pay for your application.
