New book "Unconditional Beings Living in a Conditional World: The Underlying Dilemma" by Dr. Sonya H. Cha, LMFT is released, a guide to self-management and ego approbation for transformational growth

“Unconditional Beings Living in a Conditional World: The Underlying Dilemma” by Dr. Sonya H. Cha, LMFT has been released worldwide. This 98-page self-help book tackles the pressing questions facing modern life, where struggling for acceptance and satisfaction is a source of distress for much of society. Dr. Cha identifies key areas that contribute to these feelings of disconnection and resentment, and provides a clear path for self-discovery and understanding by examining ego, faith, and balance.

The key principle of this powerful book lies in the self-approbated ego, a term Dr. Cha has created for the process of solving the complex puzzle of the self, uniting the disparate pieces to create a healthier, happier, more confident approach to life. The author shows, from a variety of angles, how people, as unconditional beings, struggle to live in a conditional world of dissatisfaction, self-neglect, and misplaced values.

Drawing on a deep well of experience in both psychiatry and ministry, Dr. Cha provides a comprehensive review of ego states, the role of spirituality in personal development, and methods for creating sustainable, lasting change that will leave readers feeling inspired to engage in deep work. This interdisciplinary approach tackles, as the subtitle suggests, the underlying and internal causes of emotional and psychological pain. Through the process of ego self-approbation, readers will discover how to develop new perspectives, find balance in their lives, and create a “new self” that is empowered by authenticity.

“I’ve never seen someone describe how the mind works and how it influences our lives as clearly as Dr. Sonya H. Cha in The Underlying Dilemma. In simple terms that anyone can understand and with helpful examples we can all recognize, she puts on a masterclass in how to deal with baggage from our parents or our childhood in order to reach a place of peace and sustainable happiness. How do we balance our needs with our careers and relationships and goals? This book has the answers, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to make improvements to their lives and well-being.” — J.J. Hebert, USA Today Bestselling Author
