NEW ZEALAND VISA FOR US CITIZENS
It is important to understand that if you are a US citizen visiting New Zealand, you will need to obtain a travel permit. Citizens of about 190 countries, including the United States, can use the New Zealand eTA. Applying for a New Zealand eTA is a quick and simple process for US citizens. The New Zealand eTA for Americans (also known as the “NZeTA”) became effective in 2019 and allows qualifying citizens to travel to New Zealand for transit, tourist, or business. Residents of the United States who intend to visit New Zealand temporarily must have an authorized eTA that is electronically connected to their passport. The New Zealand eTA is valid for two years from the date of issuance. US citizens can stay in New Zealand for up to 3 months at a time with their eTA. As the New Zealand eTA is a multiple entry eVisa waiver, holders can visit New Zealand multiple times within the two-year period of validity. To apply for a New Zealand ETA from the United States, US citizens must complete a short online application form that asks for the traveler’s personal and passport information. Once approved, US citizens will receive a copy of their New Zealand eTA to the email address provided in the application form.

NEW ZEALAND VISA FOR EUROPEAN CITIZENS
The New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) is a visa-free travel initiative that began in July 2019. It allows eligible citizens to visit New Zealand for vacation, business, or transit purposes without the need to get a visa from an embassy. According to New Zealand’s visa clearance system, all European Union nationals can travel to New Zealand for up to three months without a visa and only with an ETA. If you are planning a brief travel to New Zealand, you must first apply for a NZeTA. During its two-year validity period, the New Zealand eTA allows for repeated entry for short-term trips. A European Union visa for New Zealand is required for all European Union citizens visiting the country for a short period of time. A New Zealand Tourist ETA is a valid electronic document that grants multiple entry visa waivers to New Zealand. The New Zealand visa for European citizens entitles you to a six-month visa-free stay in New Zealand. The requirements for an ETA for citizens of New Zealand visa-exempt countries are really simple. Applicants must complete the New Zealand eTA application form with personal and passport information.

For visa-free citizens, including Poles, to enter the country, the New Zealand Travel Authority is necessary. Did you know that Poland is one of the countries that requires tourists to obtain electronic travel authorization? The New Zealand Government has adopted a new electronic visa exemption, which has become an obligatory travel requirement for several nations, as of October 31, 2019. The New Zealand eTA is available to citizens of about 190 countries, including Poland. Polish people transiting through New Zealand on their way to another country must also have NZeTA. The NZeTa is a required travel document for Polish nationals visiting New Zealand for tourism, leisure, or business for up to 90 days. The NZeTA visa waiver grants Polish holders’ multiple entries to New Zealand during its 2-year validity, with a maximum duration of 90 consecutive days per trip. What is the NzeTA?
The NZeTA is an Electronic Travel Authority introduced by the New Zealand government. It is an entry requirement for travelers visiting New Zealand from visa waiver countries.
Who needs to apply for an NzeTA?
Travelers from visa waiver countries, including citizens of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and many others, are required to obtain an NZeTA before traveling to New Zealand. Additionally, all cruise ship passengers regardless of their nationality need to apply for an NzeTA.
How do I apply for an NzeTA?
The NZeTA application can be completed online through the official website of the New Zealand Immigration Service or through the New Zealand Immigration mobile app. You will need to provide personal information, passport details, travel plans, and answer a few health and security-related questions.
How long does it take to process an NZeTA application?
In most cases, the NZeTA is processed quickly. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days for the application to be processed. It’s recommended to apply at least 72 hours before your departure to allow for any potential delays.
How long is the NZeTA valid for?
The NZeTA is typically valid for multiple visits over a period of two years. However, the NZeTA can expire earlier if your passport expires before the two-year period or if any of the information provided in your application changes.
NEW ZEALAND VISA FOR BELGIAN CITIZENS
Belgians planning to visit New Zealand for leisure or business must get a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA). Visas are not required for Belgian passport holders in 190 countries, including New Zealand. Belgian citizens must have a valid eTA to enter the country beginning October 1, 2019. Foreign tourists have found it easier to visit New Zealand since New Zealand officials introduced the New Zealand Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) for visa-exempt people. The same is true for cruise passengers who use eTA NZ. Because the eTA is not a visa, Belgians do not require one to visit New Zealand. Obtaining electronic authorization prior to departure, on the other hand, is a required need for travel. The New Zealand eTA is valid for two years for Belgian citizens, with each maximum stay not exceeding 90 consecutive days. However, the IVL is only paid once (upon submission of the eTA application) during the entire validity period of the New Zealand eTA. The online application for the NZeTA for Belgium is quick and easy to complete by answering a few basic personal questions. Once approved, the applicant will receive the NZeTA by email.
Document Requirements for Citizens of Belgian
- A passport valid for 3 additional months after the intended exit from New Zealand
- A filled-out online application form of the NZeTA for Belgium
- You can do NZeTA and IVL payment by using credit or debit card
- A Valid email address to receive the NZeTA in their Inbox.
