India Online Visa is pleased to announce the introduction of the Indian Online Visa, a simplified process designed to enhance the travel experience for international tourists. This initiative facilitates the easy online application for an Indian visa, promoting accessibility and fostering a greater inclination for travel to India.
The Indian Online Visa offers a user-friendly platform that enables individuals worldwide to conveniently apply for their visas from the comfort of their homes. This digital approach eliminates the need for in-person appointments and extensive paperwork, resulting in a faster and more convenient application process.
Since September 2019, the Indian Government has substantially revised its visa policy. The multitude of options available for an India visa needs to be clarified due to overlapping choices for the same purpose. To address this, the government has introduced electronic travel authorization, known as eTA for India, allowing citizens from 180 countries to travel to India without the need for a physical stamp on their passport. This innovative form of authorization is referred to as eVisa India or electronic India Visa.
It is an electronic India Visa that allows foreign visitors to visit India for 5 primary purposes, tourism/recreation / short-term courses, business, medical visits, or conferences. There are a further number of sub-categories under each Indian visa type. All foreign travelers must hold an India eVisa or a regular visa before entry into the country as per Indian Government Immigration Authorities.
The Indian government has made the online Indian visa application process straightforward by providing an easy online option. Now citizens can receive their Indian e-visa by email. The Indian visa is no longer available in the only-paper format, which is quite a hassle as it requires them to visit their local Indian embassy or consulate to obtain a visa. If they want to visit India for tourism, business, or medical purposes, they can use an electronic Visa. The e-Visa for India is a cost-effective and quick option. Tourists can use the e-tourist variant, while business travelers can use the business e-visa variant. All electronic e-visas can be applied using the same online Indian visa application.
It is important to note that travelers to India are not required to visit the Indian Embassy or Indian High Commission. They can apply online and simply carry the printed or electronic copy of the eVisa India (electronic India Visa) on their mobile device. The Immigration Officer will check that the eVisa India is valid in the system for the concerned passport. Indian Visa On Arrival is a new electronic visa that allows potential visitors to apply only for the Visa without a visit to the Indian Embassy. Indian Tourist Visas, Indian Business Visas, and Indian Medical Visa are now available online.
Travelers need to be aware that getting an Indian Visa online (eVisa India) requires a set of supporting documents. These documents are different depending on the type of Indian eVisa they are applying. Whether it is an India eTourist Visa, India eMedical Visa, or India eBusiness Visa, all these Indian Visa online (eVisa India) require a face photograph in common. As the requirements for an electronic Indian Visa Online (eVisa India) are pretty straightforward a small percentage of getting an Indian visa rejected.
