Due to increased demand in the region and the ambitious projects ERA-co has taken on, Sibson has been brought on to help clients understand the full capabilities of ERA-co and leading placemaking strategy.
Sibson joins ERA-co from Knight Dragon, a London-based developer known for the highly notable Greenwich Peninsula regeneration project. In her role, she sat on the board and collaborated closely with the CEO and investors to conceive and execute the regeneration, overseeing master planning, land use strategy, architecture, and placemaking.

Sibson’s comprehensive understanding of how things operate will empower her to concentrate on methodical planning from the initial conceptual stage through post-occupancy, enhancing the overall process of placemaking.
