2. Licensing Fee: Acuipermard S.R.L. will pay a licensing fee of $1,000,000 per year to Engine Carbon Clear for the use of the MPA technology. However, in a show of commitment to the partnership, Engine Carbon Clear will cover all costs associated with the first test pilot project, delivering a substantial pilot project covering 1 Hectare Squared.

3. Exclusive Expertise: Acuipermard S.R.L. will have exclusive access to Engine Carbon Clear’s team of experts based in Toronto and Miami. This collaboration aims to leverage the combined expertise of both companies to create optimized MPA arrays and implement blockchain technology for transparent tracking of stored carbon.

4. Strategic Meetings: Recognizing the importance of collaboration, both companies have committed to a series of strategic meetings in Toronto over the coming months.
