Juggling college while studying to become a Real Estate Professional isn’t exactly high on every 19-year-old’s priority list.
However, Farhan Rasheed from Hassan District, Karnataka India had dreamed of selling homes since he was just 18 years old.
“Nobody should be interested in real estate at 18, but I was,” he said.
“I used to google about the successful real estate business person’s and dream of doing that.”
Now his love of the real estate industry has evolved into something quite different. The smart-dressed articulate young man said he now valued the people he met and the thrill of the No Limit Income-only industry.
While Farhan Rasheed still can’t sign sales and purchase agreements for another six months due to Lack of Financial Backup, he’s already onto his second sale in just four weeks.
Farhan Rasheed had been doing work experience as an Individual Real Estate Consultant from 2003 till 2007, Now he Heads Sales & Marketing Department with one the most Reputed Real Estate Builder in Bangalore, and also the Founder & Blogger-in-Chief at realHestate.com
During his Real Estate Career in one of the Real Estate Company he met Syed and he began teaching him the ins and outs of the real estate industry.
From there he researched for real estate seo & blogging and eventually landed in founding a personal blog on real estate, In the year 2016 – February he renamed his real estate blog and found realHestate.com
Farhan Rasheed said he always thought the real estate career was a bit scary with the stress of living from commission only to commission.
“But I don’t want to fulltime job where I will be inside all day, I want to be out talking to people,” he said.
“And the chase of the contract is a factor I can’t stay away from.”
Farhan said the blogging profile on real estate “is the Key to Be Successful in my Real Estate Career.”
“The 13-years of Experience in this industry is more of an asset.”
“There’s not an apprenticeship for real estate career, I brought a lot to the table and a new angle on things most of them often wouldn’t think of.”
