About the Author

Dr. Bergin is a college professor at California Baptist University. She holds a license in marriage and family therapy and is currently specializing in equine and animal-assist therapy. Much of her service involves working with young children, foster children, special needs children and their families. She resides in her ranch home with Gizzie, Lilimae and the rest of her four-footed friends.
