Alfacon Solutions is seeking a regional sales manager in the Midwest region of the US due to rapid expansion. John Murdoch, CEO at Alfacon Solutions, explained, “We are looking for someone who is self-driven, autonomous, and committed to winning in the marketplace. Ideally the person will work from the Chicago area.
The key responsibilities include attaining sales and profitability goals while successfully managing an expense budget; developing, coordinating, and implementing a sales plan to grow the business in the assigned territory; and executing a grassroots marketing campaign focusing on integrators, industrial and commercial businesses and corporations, engineering firms and consultants, government officials, and institutional operations.
Additionally, the new sales manager will assist integrators and engineering consultants as well as commercial, institutional, and industrial users in defining scope of work, project proposals, and specifications. The ideal candidate will communicate local sales and market activities, competitive dynamics, and develop industry needs routinely back to the business.
Bachelor’s Degree is required in business/sales & marketing and/or technical discipline.
