The New “RYON” Masternode Service Will Bring Down Costs, While Enhancing The User Experience With More Flexibility For The End Customer

January 4, 2019 – Apollon Investments Ltd., recognized as having one of the simplest and easiest Masternode hosting services on the market has proudly announced that it is now releasing an all-new Masternode hosting service for its users from around the world. The new service will be more advanced, affordable and provide greater flexibility than its existing hosting service and the company is helping redefine the future of cryptocurrency by supporting and facilitating the growth of proof of stake networks underpinned by Masternodes.

“We are starting 2019 with this new Masternode service and even though we have an existing hosting service this new one will be cheaper and provide more options to the user,” said Adrian Redman, the Vice President for Projects at the company, while introducing this new service. “We have named this new service RYON, which literally means ‘Run Your Own Node’, and whilst it is a new service, we are still using the existing Apollon NodeBuilder technology to underpin our new initiative. One of the most exciting innovations we are bring to our customers is the ability to ‘stack’ their nodes on a VPS (virtual private server) which they will rent directly from a suitable provider such as Vultr,” he added. RYON is due to launch during the first week of January 2019.

According to the VP Projects, the company aims to bring down costs to one of the lowest levels seen in the market at present and the service is likely to get many new people signed up with the company. RYON will cost, once fully launched, $1.29 per masternode per month with a one-off setup cost of $2.99 per node. Assuming a customer can ‘stack’ 5 masternodes on a single $5 VPS it can potentially reduce the cost of running a masternode down to only $2.29 per month per node.

However, the company is also running a 6-week promotion whereby people signing up during this phase will get much reduced prices for 12 months for any Masternodes they host through Apollon during the promotional period.
