Little known boutique property developer from Atlanta, Georgia emerges as new owner of Daily Item building in Lynn’s downtown.

“Former Daily Item building will be renamed to LANDMARK to reflect its true new identity” said, Marisa Rowe– Company spokeswomen and co – founder.

Ms Rowe has also pledged her willingness to work with the community to revitalize Lynn’s downtown area. We have been approached by various state department and planning to meet with city/state officials in coming days, followed by community consultation. We will endeavor to preserve building’s iconic industrial history and propose re-development plan around it.
