5. Registration is not limited to former or current clients of Blackburn and Green.
6. You must be a resident of Indiana or the neighboring states of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, or Kentucky.

8. The drawing will be held on August 27, 2021, at Noon, and the winner’s name will be posted on our website. The winner will also be notified by phone.
