Chad E. Foster and Keppler Speakers Partner to Create Impact

People are often surprised at what I was able to achieve in spite of being blind but to the contrary, I feel I am successful because I am blind, not in spite of it.
Chad E. Foster and Keppler Speakers announce a partnership to bring Foster’s inspirational keynote speaking programs to organizations all over the world.

Chad E. Foster and Keppler Speakers partner to bring Foster’s inspirational keynote speaking programs to organizations all over the world. As companies from all industries and disciplines grapple with disruptions to the way people work and live, never has it been more important to cultivate a resilient mindset to adapt and thrive in the face of shifting circumstances.

Foster knows the importance of adapting all too well. After going blind at 21-years-old due to a rare inherited retinal disease, he was faced with the grim reality of never being able to see again. Despite these bleak circumstances, he turned his obstacles into opportunities, going on to become the first blind executive to graduate from Harvard’s leadership program, build software that Silicon Valley thought impossible, generate billions of dollars in revenue and countless jobs in the business world, and become a black diamond skier – all without being able to see. Now he teaches that same overcomer mindset to international audiences, delivering practical strategies to improve resilience in challenging circumstances. Foster has captured these life lessons in his recently published book, Blind Ambition, and he also delivers his high-impact keynote and workshop programs to conference audiences, leadership teams, sales teams, and professional athletes. He has spoken to leaders from organizations that include Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Google, GE, and Microsoft.
