Chandler, Ariz. – CEO of Chandler-based software company BoldLeads, Christine Crane, was named in USA Today’s list of best CEOs for companies under 500 employees. The ranking was compiled from Comparably.com, which monitors compensation and culture at businesses across the United States based on employee feedback.

Crane, a former elementary school teacher, and her 28 year-old son, Danny Loschiavo, founded BoldLeads four years ago as a software solution for real estate agents looking for client leads. In that time, they’ve grown to more than 50 employees and built a company culture that rewards not only innovation, but positivity.
