EJOY to acquire A large online game for $30 Million Dollars

Last week ETHER JOY（EJOY）has proposed to fully acquire a large game team, at a price of US$30 million. With this acquisition, EJOY can speed up its planned execution of the Blockchain game transformation. The signing of the merger and acquisition is the first of this kind which marks an important step in the development of the EJOY project.

Shanghai – The acquired team specializes in Blockchain and traditional games. The team has been around for 14 years. It developed several renowned online games that can bring over 20 million users annually and making over ten million RMB in cash flow monthly.
