Here is my bio 😉 “Thaddeus Nagey holds an M.A. in Theatre Arts from California State University, Northridge. He also holds a B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Delaware. He served during OIF/OEF, is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and advocates for peace. He is a licensed Realtor in California, an actor, musician/composer, playwright, and lecturer based in North Hollywood, California.”
When not working, I enjoy playing my guitar, piano, and singing. I am an author of several musical plays, academic essays, a book about theatre for social change and justice, and a catalog of music and poetry. Theatre for social justice and change is a passion for me. I love to help create spaces for those who have felt marginalized and use performance as an intervention tool for healing social and political issues.
What inspired you to be a co-author, write, and contribute to this collaborative book series of Awakening Starseeds at Radhaa Publishing House?
I met Radhaa when we were both four years of age. We attended preschool and kindergarten together. Over the years, our paths crossed in meaningful ways with our similar values, our entertainment industry works, and both have roots in the San Francisco Bay Area, Oregon, San Diego, and Los Angeles. We have, by miracle, remained friends and colleagues for many years. Her tenacity, hard work, and grit in helping find Starseeds and proliferating healing across our sacred planet inspired me to contribute small pieces of my story in the hopes that others could gain something of value and add meaning to their lives.
What was your overall feeling throughout the whole process of working with Radhaa Publishing House? What stood out the most?
I was initially a skeptic. I didn’t understand the sacred healing that could come about with all of these wonderful people leading with truth and telling their stories. It is such an incredible experience to inspire so many Authors, Starseeds, and peaceful warriors.
Everyone has life lessons to learn. Tell your readers one or two of yours and how they make you the person you are today?
Failure and tenacity have been the keys to all my successes. Life lessons? Humble works never created great social change. The idea of normalness cannot exist as an entity in its entirety. Defy gravity. Be weird, different, extraordinary with the gifts your higher power has given you. And along the way, always remember self-care–treat people so that when you are honoring them, you honor yourself.

What would you tell anyone who might be interested in writing for Radhaa Publishing House?
Work your hiney off. Create great works. Don’t fall victim to the ordinary. And when you have a story worth telling, don’t let it die in the forest. Share with whoever is willing to listen–that is often what changes lives, hearts, and minds. That is what lifts the spirit to new and greater levels.
What have you gotten out of the experience?
I have learned that it is acceptable to be vulnerable when it becomes to the benefit of others. That maybe my–OUR experiences are not isolated in a laboratory tube, but are and should be shared with others to create a sense of connectedness in this often dark and scary world. That by sharing and offering support and great ideas to others, we may all shed a great bright light for others to see the incredible path that the Starseeds have laid out before us.
