The artistic creator and the founder of this important contest, Fiore Tondi, aims to enrich of the World of Models with the current multicolored contemporary tendencies of the fashion industry, to highlight the principles that focus on the ideal representation of beauty through the eyes of art, design, fashion and communication. Just as in its previous history, the World Top Model intends to renew its already existing vocation and put the emphasis on beauty, by setting the date of this extraordinary event of the fashion world between the 15th and 17th of December. In this glamorous international final event, there will be 50 participants from 5 continents that have previously competed and won in their country’s national contests organized around the world. The Award will end with the election of the winner chosen by a jury of experts and icons of the fashion industry. videos and photo shoots, parties and events which will engage the whole city.
For the past 26 years, Fiore Tondi has had a leading role in the international fashion scene. He has created and organized the most prestigious fashion events throughout the world. His events have been broadcasted by various global leading television stations and top models such as Claudia Schiffer, Valeria Mazza and Nina Moric’ have worked in his productions. He is the founder and organizer of the World Top Model and this year he will produce the International Final in Milan — Italy.
In the past, the contest has been organized in cities such as Zurich, Monte Carlo, Berlin, Palma de Mallorca, Rome, Zanzibar, Gothenburg, Lugano, Prague, Budapest, Courmayeur and now… in Milan. Once a year, the event selects a model that best represents the values of the modeling and fashion industry. The objective of the event is to highlight the importance the Model plays in fashion industry, and in doing so pay homage to Beauty and to Fashion.
