Born Jamaican and with associates degree in business administration, Ameala have been passionate about modeling. Regardless of her height limit, Ameala has done great in her chosen career. She has done Caribbean fashion week and walked for countless designers. In 2011, she won the Caribbean model search petite category and has grace the cover of Sleek Caribbean magazine in 2011, as well as Pump magazine back in 2015. Ameala was also chosen to be featured on Italian vogue website back in 2012.
‘Modeling is my passion for as long as I can remember, even when I was in college studying to be an accountant, I knew I would head to a modeling agency as soon as I’m finish.’ – said Ameala kirlew.
In 2014, Ameala migrated to the United States and have since then been working as a model doing commercial and print work. She also runs a YouTube travel blog, which she started in summer 2018 and aspires to become a travel blogger.
Recently in January 2019, she signed a modeling contract with Genetic Model Agency, Los Angeles and look forward to continue working as a model with the new agency. At the age of 28, Ameala have decided to start her own business and modeling her merchandises as well.
