Yekta Levent, coowner of Grappa, chimes in on their brunch menu, stating, “You can see it is a crepeheavy menu, but the crepes are very light and Mediterranean style. We’d say they pair perfectly with the bottomless mimosas we’re offering, but you should come see for yourself.” Both owners have over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and bring their knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine straight from the source.
