Mohammed Islam, also known by his Instagram handle, @moesglory is a young entrepreneur currently making a name for himself in the digital retailing sector, evidenced by his substantive revenue in dropshipping.

During the peak of Covid, as the whole world was isolated at home Mohammed found an opportunity to do something different. While his friends resorted to entertainment to while away time, Mohammed was keen on making an impact on humanity, hence the birth of his dropshipping business.
”I had high doubts that I wouldn’t succeed but I gave it a shot anyway, fast forward a year later and I built a 6 figure revenue E-commerce platform. I did vast research in the dropshipping business and realized it took a lot more than just setting up my website to get the business going. I learned and mastered the work of utilizing Facebook and Instagram ads that directed consumers to my website and led to a high conversion rate of clients checking out”, he narrated.
Mohammed started by selling beauty products, with his target audience typically women aged 16-29 in South America. However, it was not a smooth sail for him as mastering Facebook ads and finding the right target audience proved to be a challenge. ”I saw little to no results when advertising to women in the US and from the age range of 21-50” he recalled.
Mohammed astutely overcame these challenges by adjusting his ads suitably. This led to a surge in conversion rates which he capitalized on by building a faster two-week shipping, attention-grabbing platform, complemented by impeccable customer service. He’d further go on to seal his place at the top of the dropshipping food chain by branching his audience internationally and sticking with one supplier.
When Mohammed is not shipping and supplying, he spends his free time playing basketball, watching movies, reading and keeping up with the news around the world. ”Times are changing, the world’s making more and more technological advances every day, it’s nice to stay afloat with all that’s going on”, he said.
Mohammed Islam is not resting on his laurels just yet.
