INTUITION Brand Marketing has enjoyed a stellar first year of operations, largely due to its rapidly growing INTUITION Reviews service. A service which seamlessly integrates an official TripAdvisor review widget into a post stay survey to enable hotel guests to give private feedback and share experiences on the world’s largest travel website in one simple interaction.

INTUITION Reviews is already contracted to service more than 600,000 hotel guests per year, and now existing clients are about to enjoy another major upgrade to an already impressive platform.

The service has provided advanced reporting and analytics based on survey and review results since inception, enabling resorts to clearly identify areas for improvement and areas of success, but over the next few weeks, INTUITION Brand Marketing will replace its current reporting engine with a cutting edge business intelligence platform.

Additionally, the new platform can pull from any source to combine reporting. This now enables a client to look at every interaction from a given customer; from pre-arrival preferences, post stay survey and online reviews, to annual polls or interactions with email marketing campaigns – building a powerful customer profile that can be used as an ever evolving architecture for targeted email marketing automation.
