19th April, 2022 – Leaders need the right mentors to ensure that they sharpen their leadership qualities to become effective leaders. Only the most successful coaches can do it. Jori Mundy has been called for such a task. She was recently awarded and named one of the World’s Top 20 Christian Coaches to work within 2022 and is now looking forward to launching a new leadership development model of services titled “From Doubt to Clout.” The main objective of this program is to assist aspiring leaders to prepare themselves for becoming thriving leaders and top executives in the future.
From her cumulative experience as an executive, insights from other senior and executive leaders, and her progressive leadership journey, she birthed “From Doubt to Clout”, The Aspiring Leaders’ Coaching Program. This program focuses on both hard and soft skills as well as cultivating a lense of authentic leadership, grooming the next generation of thriving leaders and executives. The program addresses topics such as strategy, image, office politics (what people don’t tell you), and more. In addition to the coaching program, Jori has also developed an online course “From Doubt to Clout: 7 Steps to Becoming an Executive” that will debut in April 2022. This course has been designed for aspiring leaders who desire to learn the strategies and necessary skill development focal areas to avert opportunity pitfalls and reduce the impact of losing out on promotions by gaining the knowledge of this course.
Jori’s soul mission is to help people become the best version of themselves. She aids through enhancing health, career, and all other aspects of life. She is a graduate of one of the nation’s leading leadership programs named “Leadership America” and is a two-time past Board member of the Executive Women in Texas Government Organization. She is also an award-winning International keynote TEDx speaker, leadership development and life coach, #1 best-selling author, and an executive.
What led Jori down this path is her own share of trials and adverse situations that she managed to overcome while continuing to strive toward reaching her full potential. She later realized that those times of triumph were meant to help others reach their highest potential to become the best version of themselves.
