Mary Jane University Announces Moonlit Moveable Feast, a Curated Experience for All Senses

October 20, 2017 – Here is a chance to be one of the select few who will experience the bliss of cannabis and an unforgettable evening surrounded by curated sounds, visuals and more. The Moonlit Moveable Feast by Mary Jane University will host forty (two seatings of twenty diners) lucky guests who will get to taste the finest cannabis with the artists of Joshua Tree.

A feast for all the senses, the event is ‘moveable’ as each course will be served in a different area of an epic artist compound outside the National Park entrance.  The evening begins with a terpene-rich Welcome Cocktail by alchemist, Levi Strom of Awakened Topicals, while guests enjoy a live glass blowing demonstration. Artist Bobby Furst will unfold his epic assemblage creations, and the evening will kickstart with sound vibrations by DivaSonic and visual projections by Left Coast Lovelight.

The star chef for the evening, Sabrina Phelps will bring forth the bounty of the fall harvest, best enjoyed with the Mojave desert lit by the full moon. A mind bending experience will be the ‘sound’ of sunset or moon rise, created by artist Kyle Simon in the form of the siren song of the universe.

The hostess for the event, Keiko Beatie will guide the guests through to the dessert course accompanied by Joshua Tree coffee company and hookah samplings. Guests would then be able to choose their own adventure. There will be live ambient sounds surrounding the guests while they visit the Faerie Jane oasis, where they’ll be enchanted by cannabis inspired fine jewelry and guided by faerie oracle readings. Other places to visit will be the Cosmic Tea Garden, the Emerald Exchange Sungrown Lounge, or simply learning more about the moon.

“Mary Jane University’s mission is to bridge the gap between medication and education. Our events are always low-dose. No more than 10 milligrams of THC is ever served and some infusions are optional. Our goal is to provide a safe social experience with cannabis,” said Barbie Sommars, Chief Experience Creator.

Who will you sit next to in this fine dining experience taken to new heights? The event creators have peppered the guestlist with celebrities, local heros and roaming educators on the topics of terpenes, dosing, environmental conservation, space and even aliens. The event is sponsored by Mary Jane University, Faerie Jane, Awakened Topicals, Emerald Exchange, Hummingbird Medicinals and Travel Joint.

A portion of ticket sales will go to fire relief victims. There is a 10% discount on any lodging with Ryan Keller Properties. Tickets may be purchased at: www.highdning.club
