–Plaza Construction Recruited Columbia University Graduates For Construction Management Positions–
NEW YORK, August 2, 2016 – Current employment trends project a continued shortage of skilled labor in the construction industry, and included among those shortages are the need for competent managers and engineers. Plaza Construction, one of the nation’s leading constructions firms headquartered in New York City, has been hiring assistant project managers who were recent graduates of Columbia University’s Master of Science programs in civil engineering, construction engineering and management. Over the last two years, Plaza has hired seven assistant project managers from Columbia University, five of which have been females.
