“Quit Smoking in 4 Steps” by Francis X. Kamienski, PhD has been released worldwide. This 60-page handbook uses proven methods and no-nonsense language to lay out a clear plan for breaking nicotine addiction and reclaiming your health.
Many smokers attempt to quit and fail, largely because they don’t have the essential tools and mindset needed to make the positive changes stick. With step-by-step instructions, Dr. Kamienski lays out a plan for changing perceptions, reducing cravings, and tracking progress in ways that align with psychological research and numerous success stories. With practical tactics, mental exercises, and tips for breaking the cycles of rationalizing, this book provides a clear path to smoking cessation – as well as the health and financial benefits that come along with quitting.
Kamienski notes the importance of aids, allies, and attitude throughout the process. Based on a career in pharmacology and toxicology, as well as personal experience as a 26-year smoker, the author’s guidance is direct, but empathetic, including helpful charts for tracking progress and creating lasting change.
Quit Smoking in 4 Steps (ISBN: 9798986061412) can be purchased through retailers worldwide, including barnesandnoble.com and Amazon. The paperback retails for $9.99. Wholesale orders are available through Ingram.
