NJ SOS Veteran Stakeholders Group, a Northern New Jersey non-profit, has announced the opening of four apartments in newly refurbished supportive housing in Wanaque, with the support of Nouvelle LLC, a commercial/residential design and construction firm and developer of affordable housing. The event day will feature 13 community partners responsible for furnishing the apartment.
This event aims to raise awareness of the cooperative efforts made by public, private, and non-profit groups as they unite to aid homeless and disabled veterans who have exhibited great devotion, bravery, and commitment to defending the freedom of all Americans. The organizers hope this initiative will help these veterans build and enjoy a great quality of life for them and their families.
Nouvelle, LLC, has finished the renovation and refurbishing of a multi-family home on Ringwood Avenue in Wanaque, each with two bedrooms and one bathroom, following with their long-standing legacy of helping veterans in need. The New Jersey SOS Veteran Stakeholders Group used its network to identify qualifying families in the area who could use this accommodation after calls for applications were made public.
The grand event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at 511 Ringwood Avenue, Wanaque, NJ 07465, between 10 am to 12:30 pm. The event will start with a welcome ceremony and a separate time of around one and half hours between 11 am to 12:30 pm has been set aside for media interview projects.
It will see a gathering of elected officials, government officials, project sponsors, community leaders, non-profit partners, and friends with Mayor Dan Mahler, Borough, Wanaque, David J. Pearson, founder of NJ SOS Veteran Stakeholders, Luciano Bruni, Nouvelle LLC, among major names. As per reports, Ashley Furniture will assist with the furniture staging on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022.
