Recently, the launch of the Top 500 Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises in China 2021 was held online by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF), China Chemical Enterprise Management Association (CCEMA), and Dalian Municipal People’s Government, attracting over 200,000 industry participants online.
The Top 500 Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises in China 2021 and a few other lists were launched on the event. NHU once again secured its position in the rankings – no. 122 and no. 17 respectively on the Top 500 Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises in China (General) and the Top 100 Basic Chemical Raw Material Manufacturers in China.
Over the years, NHU has insisted on independent innovation and technology driven development with the industry-academia-research synergy, underpinning its core businesses in a down-to-earth manner. We have focused our efforts on overcoming the toughest technical challenges and developed a series of functional chemicals with high added value, such as methionine and PPS new material, promoting the development of the fine chemical industry in China. In 2021, NHU seized the opportunity of development in a new area and made breakthroughs in multiple areas with a record business performance while controlling and preventing the cov-19. We were awarded the title of Innovation Model of the Petroleum and Chemical Industry in China during the 13th Five-year Plan, won the first prize of Zhejiang Province Technical Invention Award, and ranked second on the list of Independent Innovation of Brand Value in China, getting off to a good start in the 14th Five-year Plan.
At the same time, NHU sticks to the path of innovation-driven development with much effort on prospective study and study on industrialization and applied technologies.
