In the first half of 2021, with the guiding ideology of “planning new strategy, strengthening system construction, promoting intelligent manufacturing and improving business performance” NHU obtained a good result and is ready to embark on a new journey.
Driven by innovation to promote the company’s transformation and upgrading, NHU held a seminar on planning for the transformation of digital intelligence, which clarified the overall blueprint for the development of NHU digital intelligence. The consensus made in this meeting will further promote the efficient coordination of all manufacturing links and enhance the competitiveness of NHU.
In June, NHU and Zhejiang University jointly developed “key Technology innovation and Industrialization of micro/nano structure regulation of Supported catalysts” project which won the first prize of Zhejiang Provincial Technology Invention Award. The promotion of this project will help to foster the vitamin and flavor industry cluster with complete industrial chain and leading technology.
NHU strives for open cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win results. Back in January, NHU and Chint Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two sides will focus on comprehensive energy efficiency, photovoltaic new energy development, digital transformation and other fields, and leverage their respective experience and advantages to achieve mutual benefit and joint development.
In May, NHU and Neusoft Group signed the “Financial Sharing Center (Phase I) Project Cooperation Agreement”, marking the company’s digitalization transformation into a new stage of development. Furthermore, NHU and Haihua Group agreed to deepen exchanges and cooperation and jointly built a platform, which will open a new chapter of all-round, multi-level and wide-ranging cooperation.
NHU works hard to improve its self-worth. In February, in the Shaoxing’s conference of “three priorities and three innovations campaign”, NHU accepted the recognition as “outstanding contribution to economic development award” talents in the field of science and technology advanced collective.
In May, NHU was awarded the title of “Leading Enterprise of High Quality Development” and “Top 50 Enterprises of Financial and tax Contribution” in Weifang city, Shandong Province；NHU was also hornored “Best Investor Relations Award” and “Best Board Award” in the 12th China Listed Companies Investor Relations Tianma Awards.
Over the years, NHU has adhered to its own purpose, enhanced shareholder value, with a cumulative dividend of 8.638 billion yuan since first IPO.
At the beginning of the 2nd half year, NHU will summarize the previous work experience, make up for the existing deficiencies, and continue to write the chapter of the second half of the year with the attitude of striver, so as to make a good start for the “14th Five-year plan”.
