OEIS Hosts High-Impact Global Symposium on Child Trafficking and Security

Niagara Falls, Ontario – OEIS Global Protection proudly announces the successful culmination of its “2024 Red Carpet Symposium on Global Security Liberalization.” Held on January 5th, 2024, at the Delphi Banquet Hall in Niagara Falls, Canada, this symposium has united global leaders in the fight against child trafficking and the pursuit of international security.

Distinguished delegates from Uganda, including the Honorable Deputy Prime Minister, Rukia Nakadama, and Ambassador at-large, Abbey Walusimbi, graced the event with their presence, underscoring the significance of this global initiative.

The symposium fostered critical discussions on pressing issues, including child trafficking, exploitation, global conflict, international law enforcement collaboration, and the far-reaching impacts of these crises. Attendees engaged in robust deliberations aimed at developing effective policies to combat child trafficking and bolster international security.

Implementing trauma-informed care for children affected by global conflict took center stage. The symposium emphasized understanding the psychological effects of trauma on children and crafting care strategies to support their healing. Providing education in conflict zones emerged as a critical strategy to offer children hope, a sense of normalcy, and opportunities to learn, fostering a foundation for peace amid chaos.

OEIS Vice President, Dr. Dinah Mansour Mourise, remarked, “Our symposium stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to protect the world’s most vulnerable, our children. We’ve created a forum for collaboration, policy development, and innovative solutions to end the horrors of child trafficking and global conflict.”

The symposium’s topics ranged from human trafficking and child exploitation to international law enforcement collaboration and security concerns. It provided a comprehensive platform to exchange ideas, develop policies, and address the complex challenges faced by children worldwide.

The urgent call to end human trafficking echoed through the symposium’s sessions. In a world where thousands suffer under brutal exploitation, OEIS remains dedicated to eradicating this scourge and building a safer, more secure global future for all.
